Due to expansion we are looking for a dentist 3-4 days per week with a 4000 UDA target on a competitive UDA rate.Our independent practice is predominantly NHS with a growing private and Denplan list. Private income will be split 50/50 along with Labs.

 

About Us

 

Pleasant Dental Centre is based on the edge of Llanrumney and St Mellons in Cardiff with very easy commutes from the M4. We are located 10 minutes from junction 30 on the M4.  Our practice was a two surgery practice which has recently been expanded to three surgery's with planning approved to build an extension for a fourth surgery overlooking the garden! New waiting room, disabled access and staff room. Exciting times!

We have a fantastic long standing team with over 30 years of knowledge and support. Our practice manager has over 10 years experience in practice management and a very friendly team.

 

What we can provide

 

We can provide full clinical support, our existing team have over 20 years of practice experience, Additionally the practice principle has been an FD trainer for many years and has provided support for both FD and FD+1 students at the Port Talbot and Porth Dental teaching units. He currently works part time as a dental practice advisor for a local Health board and practice peer reviewer for HIW.The practice has recently been refurbished (which our patients love!) We are fully computerized including dental radiographs and rotary endo and have a visiting Implant/restorative specialist who can provide mentoring and advice for anyone interested in gaining new skills.
